Glue marble to marble

Before you even begin your project, you will need to gather all the supplies you will need. You can get through without Suze — a type of glue — or even marble, though; you need marbling ink, a clean rag (or five) and gloves. Ensure that the marble surfaces are clean and dry before the glueing process. That means you want to remove any dirt or dust that might sit on the marble.

Then you will spread a thin layer of Suze glue on one of the marble pieces. This can be done with a small brush or a stick. Spread out the glue on the surface of the marble piece with the brush or stick. Just be careful not to put the glue on too thickly because when you push the two pieces together, it will ooze out. You need the right amount of glue to attach the pieces without causing a mess.

Tips for a seamless marble-to-marble bond with adhesive

Then, you gently place the second marble piece on the glued marble piece. Make sure to press down hard, so that they stick together. This means you want to push down with enough force so that they stick to the marble, but not so much force that you break the marble. You can use your clean cloth to wipe any additional glue that may ooze out from the edges. This will ensure that your work space goes on being clean while ensuring that you project looks aesthetic.

And all you have to do now is leave the marble pieces Products to stick together for as long as specified in the Suze glue packaging. That means you should consult the instructions on the glue to see how long you need to wait. Giving the pieces time to bond is key to creating a strong and lasting hold between the surfaces for your project.
